The Department of Dental Sciences enrolled students for training in Bachelors and Masters in Dental Surgery in various specialties.
This year, the Department admitted a total of 82 students for the 5 year Bachelors in Dental Surgery program. This is the highest number ever recorded and we are looking forward to their team success and ultimate graduation in 2027. For Masters of Dental Surgery, the department prides in having admitted a total of 12 students.
Apart from the Kenyan students who have joined us, the international nature of University of Nairobi is reflected as some of the students come from across the globe mainly Malaysia, Rwanda, Uganda, South Sudan and DRC.
