The Kenswed Organization carried out an outreach for 80 of its Form 1 students at the Kenswed Dental clinic in Kibiko, Ngong. The “Smile for Life” outreach, which was between 14th and 19th February 2023, consisted of oral health promotion, dental screening and treatment for those with caries and periodontal diseases. Eight BDS Level IV students assisted in the Kenswed Dental Clinic as part of their elective term activities, under the supervision of Dr. Elizabeth Dimba (oral pathologist) and Dr. Marjorie Muasya (peadiatric dentist). The University of Nairobi Dental Hospital Management team also held talks with the Kenswed organization administration on formalization of future collaborations between the two organizations.
